Our client a 4* hotel in Kildare is currently looking to recruit a Carvery Chef to join the team.

Candidate:

  • The successful candidate must have previous experience in working as a Chef within a four or five star hotel environment.
  •        HACCP trained
  •        Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  •        Must have previous experience in a busy carvery.
  •        Able to work in a pressurised environment
  •        Have excellent customer service skills
  •        Speak fluent  English

Role:

  •      Work on own initiative and as part of a team
  •      Produce quality food under strict timelines
  •      This position will require you to work week-ends, mornings and evenings.
