Deputy Catering Manager required for large Blue Chip operation in Dublin.
Excellent opportunity to work in a very dynamic and busy environment. This is a day time (Monday – Friday) role (flexibility required)
Strong Manager with excellent attantion to detail who has experience of working in a large scale operation.
Ability to co-ordinate and manage a large team both front and back of house (managing multiple kitchens and a number of cafe outlets)
Strong Financial skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work closely with General Manager
Role could ideally suit a Manager with a strong Hospitality background who is looking for a work life balance
Relevant Irish and or international experience in high volume catering and or hospitality
