Accounts Assistant

Our client based in Dublin city centre is currently looking to recruit an accounts assistant to join their team. This role would suit someone with previous accounts experience who is working towards their ACCA exams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of sales and purchases invoices
  • Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Assisting in month end accounts preparation and year-end audit
  • Credit Control
  • General administration duties
  • Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years pervious accounts assistant experience
  • ACCA qualified or working towards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills, strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft tools, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to multi-task and work to own initiative

Salary: €40k DOE

Location: Dublin City Centre
