The ideal candidate must:

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience as a Head Kitchen Porter
  • Be used to working in extremely fast paced environment
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
  • Be able to lead a team and have excellent communicative skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail and work to the highest of hygiene standards
  • Be HACCP and Manual Handling qualified, with up to date certs

The details:

  • Salary of 25,350
  • Working week Monday to Friday. Daytime hours
  • Responsible for stock rotation and ordering
  • Responsible for organization of kitchen and stock room
  • Accountable for the upkeep of HACCP records
  • You must be dedicated and able to work using your own initiative
