Our client based in the Dublin North area is looking for experienced Payroll administrators to john their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and will work well in a team environment.

This position is available immediately for the right candidate.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • collect, compile and enter payroll data using appropriate software
  • review and verify source documents
  • calculate and post payroll deductions
  • process payroll by established deadlines
  • issue statements of earnings and deductions
  • reconcile employee deductions
  • investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and errors
  • update payroll records by recording changes
  • process new employees, terminations
  • prepare and print payroll reports of earnings, hours worked, taxes
  • ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines

Requirements for the role:

  • 2/4 years experience with a volume of over 300 in headcount
  • Thesauraus experience is desirable
  • Ipass essential
  • Working a fast pace environment
  • To be able to work as part of a team

Hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

This is a Full time permanent role

Salary 23-25K DOE
