Senior Sous Chef – Co. Kildare

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sous Chef to join a four star property in Co. Kildare. The ideal candidate must have previous four or five star hotel experience. This is a fantastic role for a hardworking ambitious chef who is looking to step into a role where creativity and flair are welcome by this property.

 

Role Requirements:

  • Carrying out menu implementation.
  • In charge of the kitchen in absence of the Head Chef.
  • Leading by example when carrying out there job.
  • Strong attention to detail when carrying out there role.
  • Leading a team of established chefs.
  • Excellent working hours available.
  • Cooking to a very high standard of food for the members.
  • Creativity required when delivering the menus.
  • Excellent financial background when implementing menus.
  • Strong kitchen financials.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Min two years experience in a senior sous chef role in a four or five star hotel…
  • Strong proven track record cooking to a very high standard.
  • Excellent organisational skills a must.
  • Previous experience working in a successful kitchen.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent culinary background.
  • Strong menu management and implementation.
  • Excellent execution when presenting food.
  • Salary depending on experience
