Wedding Coordinator & Conference & Specials Events Coordinator required to join a successful 4* hotel in Kilkenny. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Role:
– Administering & selling all weddings and other functions in the hotel
– Maximise banquet space
– Maximise revenue for the department
– Maintain an accurate & logical work flow and filing system
– Ensure that all hotel departments are kept informed of all requirements
– Ensure Billing is carried out as per hotel procedures

Candidate
– Previous experience of working within C&B/Wedding coordinator role
– Be able to work Saturdays as needed
– Good understanding of both written & spoken English
– Be able to work to deadlines
– Be able to work as part of a team and on own
