Meeting & Events Sales Manager – 4* Hotel Galway
Salary: €50,000–€55,000

We are seeking an experienced Meeting & Events Sales Manager to join the team at a prestigious 4* Hotel, Galway. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, events, or hotel sales and a proven track record in driving event revenue and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the sales of meetings, conferences, and events.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients.

• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event plans to meet client needs.

• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in meetings, events, or hotel sales management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
