Sales Executive Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in January 2026. We are looking for a strong people person who enjoys sales. We have fantastic structure in place, with a very structure working week.  This role is office based and, on the road, dealing with customers and building relationships with the platform. It would be an advantage if the ideal candidate comes from a strong Hospitality background as you will be dealing with the hospitality sector. This is a fast-paced role with superb rewards.

The Candidate:

• Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in Sales Executive.
• Strong people skills are essential when building relationships.
• Organised and have a can-do attitude to growing this platform with huge support from a very organised central operations team.
• Fast paced environment in this new role for the successful candidate.

• Motivated candidate who enjoys dealing with people on a day-to-day basis.
• Driven candidate who wants to build a very rewarding career.
• Strong ability to achieve targets.

The Role:

• The role involves dealing with an established list of clients throughout the platform.
• Working closely with a very successful interview platform team.
• On the road three out of five days liaising with client throughout Ireland.
• This role involves working Monday to Friday.
• Dealing with all clients journey while signing up to the platform.
• Visiting established and prospects throughout the week.
• Working towards deadlines.
• Following up on leads  
• Managing the Sales cycle.
• Excellent induction to the latest software in Talent acquisition.
• A large support team are in place to help you grow your career
