The Role

We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie for a daytime-only kitchen operation in Cork City. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef seeking work-life balance, stable hours, and a professional, well-structured kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Run your section efficiently during daytime service

• Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard

• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control

• Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are followed

• Work closely with a strong, experienced kitchen team

• Assist with prep, stock control, and daily kitchen organisation

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up

• Passion for fresh, quality food

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a daytime service kitchen

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
