The Role

We are currently recruiting an experienced Head Chef for a high-end daytime hospitality operation based in Dublin City. This is a senior leadership role offering excellent work-life balance while managing a quality-driven, high-volume kitchen operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full kitchen operation as Head Chef

• Deliver consistent, high-quality food across a busy daytime service

• Oversee a hospitality offering of approximately 100-200 covers, including

  • High-end events

  • Canapés and corporate hospitality

• Manage menu development, food quality, and presentation

• Control food costs, margins, and budgets with strong financial oversight

• Lead, train, and develop a professional kitchen brigade

• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety standards

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up

• Background in high-end, quality-led kitchens (hotel, corporate hospitality, fine dining or premium venues)

• Experience managing high-volume daytime service

• Strong financial, costing, and stock control skills

• Confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills

• Passion for consistency, quality, and operational excellence
