Broadline Recruiters are currently looking for Quality Supervisor in a well-established manufacturing company based in Dublin South. The company is a manufacturer of metallic gaskets, compression packings and graphite rings with operations all over the world.

This role is a temporary to permanent role with 6 months probation period and it is starting as soon as possible

You will be reporting to the managing director

Responsibilities and Duties :

Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation is complied with and ensure a safe working environment for all team members within a busy manufacturing and service environment.
Manage company Safety file
Dealing with IOS procedures –
Managing production quality, resolving issues and leading
Managing Health and Safety on site
Enforcing standards (like ISO/GMP)
Analysing defects, implementing corrective actions
Collaborating across departments to ensure products meet specifications from raw material to final delivery
Participate in internal and external audits
Collect and analyse quality data, report on key metrics, and apply statistical methods

Experience and Qualifications:

At least 2 years’ experience in Quality Department
QA and manufacturing experience
Leadership skills
Hands-on experience with quality control, inspections, testing, process improvement

Location: Dublin South

Salary : 40K plus bonus
