Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: South Dublin
Salary: €38,000 – €40,000 per annum
Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Executive to join a busy and well-established organisation in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a practical individual with strong general maintenance skills across multiple trades.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that facilities are maintained to a high standard through preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the property
Perform basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and electrical tasks as required
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with health & safety regulations
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in good condition
Coordinate with external contractors when specialist work is required
Assist in preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime
Requirements
Previous experience in a general maintenance or facilities role
Practical knowledge across multiple trades including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Good organisational and time management skills
A proactive and hands-on approach to maintenance tasks
Good communication skills
Full clean driving licence is an advantage
