We are hiring experienced Food & Beverage Operations Managers for a luxury hotel in Wicklow. This role is perfect for a driven professional ready to lead F&B teams across restaurants, bars, and events, ensuring top service and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily F&B operations across outlets including restaurants, bars, and banqueting

• Assist with budgets, cost control, and profitability

• Collaborate with kitchen teams on menus and quality

• Maintain high service and food standards

• Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff

• Coordinate weddings, conferences, and events

• Manage suppliers and stock control

• Keep up with industry trends and suggest improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in F&B management in a 4- or 5-star hotel

• Strong operational knowledge of food service, bars, and events

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Passionate about guest experience

• Flexible for evenings, weekends, and events
