  Overview:
  The Broadline Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Manager for our client in Ringaskiddy, Cork. This role is suitable for a professional with strong leadership skills and a strong background in cleaning operations. You will be responsible for overseeing cleaning services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading a high-performing team.   Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of GMP and non-GMP cleaning services at site level, ensuring outstanding service delivery and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Oversee, coach, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading by example to promote positive engagement and effective communication.
  • Ensure that operational, financial, and compliance targets are consistently met, delivering against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic planning in partnership with the General Services Manager (GSM).
  • Uphold a commitment to safety and quality assurance across all site operations.

  The Ideal Candidate:

  • Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or equivalent)
  • Proven leadership experience in cleaning operations (preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry).
  • GMP/Clean Room training is desirable.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial and administrative acumen with a proven ability to meet targets and manage budgets.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

   

  Salary: €45,000
  Full-Time Hours, Monday to Friday (Daytime Operations)
