The Role :

We are currently recruiting a full-time  Demi Chef de Partie for an well established hotel in Co Clare. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and improve your culinary career.

 

Responsibilities:

Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard

Work closely with a strong experienced kitchen team

Assist with prep, stock control and daily kitchen organization

Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are followed

Maintain food quality and portion control

 

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a similar role ( 2-3 years)

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to work efficiently with a positive attitude

Permit to work in Ireland
