On behalf of our client we are recruiting a Full time Commis Chef to join an award winning Kitchen team. This is an ideal role for a dedicated and highly motivated team member to develop their skill in a standards driven environment.

Preparing dishes in a timely manner
Ensuring full HACCP compliance
Drive standards, consistency, and guest satisfaction
Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards throughout the full food chain, from storage to service
Cost effective practices

Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Creativity and a passion for food
Attention to detail and dedicated attitude to work
A valid work permit required
