We are delighted to recruit a Senior Chef de Partie/ Sous/Junior Sous Chef for a well-established Hotel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in high end culinary environment. A highly motivated individual who has the desire to progress and retain exceptional standards.

Salary : €35

The Role:

• A strong culinary background with attention to detail
• Minimum 3 years in similar role
• Execute service for a specific station with speed , efficiency and consistent quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards
• Extensive knowledge of Kitchen Management
