Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead their warehouse team.

The Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse and production line operations, ensuring efficient sorting, grading, baling, and dispatch processes. You will lead a team of graders, pickers, and machine operatives while maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and production line operations
• Coordinate with management regarding targets and shipments
• Manage textile sorting machinery and baling equipment
• Oversee graders and pickers to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor workflow to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
• Ensure accurate stock control and reporting
• Maintain strict health & safety compliance
• Train, support, and motivate staff
