Construction Project Manager Full Time NEW

Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager in the South Dublin Area. This is a key leadership role overseeing construction of 140 residential units from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of delivery, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff and subcontractors to ensure deadlines are achieved and strict budgets adhered to.
• Create and update project programmes and trackers, keeping the site team in the loop, on progress and highlighting any issues early.
• Liaise with clients regularly to keep them updated, address any issues, and ensure expectations are met throughout the project.
• Review and agree project management cost assessments and monthly evaluations with the QS team
• Prepare, manage, and review subcontract tender packages including specifications, scopes of work, and schedules.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare, develop, and review project quality plans, ensuring full compliance with company quality policies.
• Initiate and manage all post-audit actions.
• Liaise closely with the Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management teams.

Experience & Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Must be level 8 qualified
