We are delighted to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for a luxury Hotel in Co Clare to lead its Food &Beverage department. The candidate will require excellent organisational skills across all Food & Beverage operations. This is a senior management role requiring a passion for hospitality , strong operational leadership, commercial awareness, and a hands-on approach to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring high service and quality standards
• Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams across multiple outlets
• Drive revenue performance while controlling costs and stock
• Work closely with the kitchen, sales, and senior management teams
• Maintain compliance with health & safety, HACCP, and company standards
• Oversee rostering, budgeting, and departmental planning

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Senior Assistant F&B Manager
• Background in a high end hospitality or high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Commercially focused with solid cost-control experience
• Flexible to meet the operational needs of the business
