Project Manager Full Time NEW

The Project Manager will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the projects from commencement through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• The Project Manager Ensures works are delivered in accordance with programme, drawings, and specifications
• The Project Manager Coordinates site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• The Project Manager Monitors progress and implement corrective actions where required
• The Project Manager Develops, manage, and update construction programmes
• The Project Manager Identifies risks to programme and implement mitigation strategies
• The Project Manager Ensures key milestones and deadlines are achieved
• The Project Manager Works closely with Quantity Surveyors on budgets and cost control
• The Project Manager Monitors project costs, variations, and financial performance
• The Project Manager needs to Identify opportunities for value engineering and efficiency
• The Project Manager Assists with procurement of materials and subcontractors
• The Project Manager Ensures full compliance with all health & safety regulations and company policies
• The Project Manager Promotes a strong safety culture on site
• The Project Manager Oversees quality control and ensure works meet required standards
• The Project Manager Conducts site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction experience is desirable.
• Strong background in managing construction site operations
• Experience delivering projects for main contractors on medium to large-scale developments
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction methods desirable
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
