Our client is a leading contractor who has a proven background in pre-construction, value engineering, project and construction management and provide complete project delivery solutions. They are looking for an experienced contracts managers to join their team. 

Job Summary

• Contracts Manager Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver the project without delays.
• Contracts Manager Produce and analyse progress reports, updated costs, and forecasts.
• Contracts Manager Ensure correct commercial engagement of subcontractors.
• Contracts Manager Liaise with site managers and schedule work as well as monitoring site operations.
• Contracts Manager Ability to liaise and coordinate seamlessly with multiple levels of Staff, Departments, Clients, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and any other stakeholders.
• Contracts Manager Building successful relationships with Clients, Client Representatives and other 3rd party providers and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Contracts Manager need Experience in managing several projects, ensuring project targets are met, monitoring sub-contractor performance and providing progress and budgetary reports.
• Contracts Manager must have at least 5 years specifically working as a Contracts Manager with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Strong work ethic, excellent IT skills (Excel and MS Project etc) be highly organised and self-motivated.
