Our client, a leading construction contractor is seeking an an experienced Foreman/Site Supervisor to take ownership of project in Dublin North & South.

The Role

The Foreman is responsibe for the delivery of all works on site
The Foreman must lead and coordinate site crews and subcontractors to achieve programme, quality, and productivity targets
The Foreman must monitor progress against programme, resolving sequencing and delivery challenges
The Foreman must drive health & safety standards on site, ensuring full compliance with procedures and regulations
The Foreman will work closely with engineers and site management to ensure technical accuracy and buildability

Requirements

Proven experience as a Foreman/Site Supervisor on large construction projects
Strong knowledge of formwork systems, steel fixing, and concrete placement techniques
Experience delivering multi-storey reinforced concrete structures
Ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced, high-output site environment
Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and site health & safety requirements.

Salary €65k DOE
