The Role

• Building strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, bars, and hospitality groups
• Sourcing and placing top hospitality talent across Ireland
• Managing the full recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement
• Developing new business opportunities through sales calls, networking, and relationship building
• Advertising roles, interviewing candidates, and matching the right people to the right opportunities
• Working towards targets in a high-energy, rewarding environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within hospitality (hotel, restaurant, bar, events, etc.)
• A confident and highly motivated sales personality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven mindset with strong ambition and resilience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential — full training provided
