About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef for a busy hospitality venue in Dublin City. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on kitchen leader who can deliver strong food standards, manage a team and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities
As Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading daily kitchen operations and service delivery
• Managing food quality, presentation, consistency and standards
• Training, developing and motivating the kitchen team
• Managing stock, ordering, GP, wastage and supplier relationships
• Ensuring full compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
• Strong kitchen management and team leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of food cost control and GP management
• Ability to maintain standards during high-volume service
• Strong organisational and communication skills
