Area Hospitality Manager

This is a fantastic role for a strong experience Area Catering Manager to work on a nationwide basis for a successful brand. The ideal candidate must come from a very strong catering background and be able to manage a large number of catering outlets. The successful candidate will be required to manage a large management team.

The duties and responsibilities will involve delivering operational excellence through the hospitality operations nationwide.

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent Proven track record in strong management skills.
Excellent, effective leader required for this role.
Must be able to effectively manage and team of Manager’s nationwide.
Must be financial astute and work to budgets and targets.
The successful candidate must have a clear vision of these successful company standards throughout.
Strong financial acumen required when dealing with teams.
Must have a five years experience in Hospitality / Catering Management or a three year degree in food service management or hotel & restaurant Management.
Implementing standard operating procedures throughout Ireland.
Ensuring a high level of service throughout this successful brand.
Must have strong exposure to working and multi tasking and this is a busy role.
Leading effective team.
Strong understanding and experience human resources management.
Ability to deliver a very high standard of service throughout different catering operations.
Excellent attention to detail required.

Role Responsibilities:

Managing all day to day operations through a team of managers and staff.
Strong concentration on producing an exceptional high standard of customer service throughout each hospitality operation.
Ensuring that there is exceptional Hospitality and customer service carried out throughout each property.
Provide guidance and direction to managers and staff, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance throughout.
Looking after the Human resources function when required.
On the road going to location to location to ensure all company standards are been adhered to.
Ensuring all financial and targets are met.
Training, hiring and implementing successful team throughout nationwide hospitality teams.
Excellent Salary on offer.
Working day time operations.
