Chef required for high volume carvery in Dublin west area. Must have Carvery experience. This is a very hands on role. Five over seven days very structured hours as daytime is involved.
- Strong leadership skills required.
- Able to move forward the existing team.
- Able to create new food concept with the support of the Owner.
- Strong attention to detail when managing the kitchen.
- Financial astute when able to grow and develop the business at present.
- Proven track record in a similar role in carvery
- Salary €32-€35k – Depending on experience.
- Proven track record in a busy, carvery
- Able to financial run a successful kitchen.
- Able to bring new food trends and concepts to the role.
- Good management and develop of the existing team.
- Passionate and driven Head Chef who can bring a lot to the table.
- Very strong background in carvery
