We are currently looking to recruit highly skilled Chef de Partie and Junior Sous Chefs for various locations in Kildare, Carlow, Dublin and Wicklow for four star hotels and restaurants. The candidates will have to cover all sections of busy hotel kitchen.  They will also have experience of all the outlets including extensive knowledge of banqueting.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Can cover all sections of the kitchen.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Can work well as part of a team.
  • Working with A La Carte/Restaurant, bar food operations as well as banqueting.
  • Able to work on there own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Proven track record in a similar role.
  • Carrying out menu implementation.
  • Leading by example when carrying out there job.
  • Strong attention to detail when carrying out there role.
  • Cooking to a very high standard of food for the members.
  • Creativity required when delivering the menus.
  • Able to manage a section.


Role Requirements:

  • Can cover all sections of kitchen.
  • Strong proven track record cooking to a very high standard.
  • Excellent organisational skills a must.
  • Previous experience working in a successful kitchen.
  • Excellent culinary background.
  • Strong menu management and implementation.
  • Excellent execution when presenting food.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Can work well as part of a team.
  • Salary negotiable depending on experience.
