Chef de partie ––Dublin City Centre

We are currently recruiting for a chef de partie for a private members club based in Dublin City Centre. This is a lovely role for an experienced chef de partie that has experience in restaurant, bar food and carvery to join a busy high end operation, where attention to detail is paramount.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Can cover all sections of the kitchen.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Can work well as part of a team.
  • Leading by example when carrying out there job.
  • Strong attention to detail when carrying out there role.
  • Cooking to a very high standard of food for the members.
  • Creativity required when delivering the menus.
  • Able to manage a section.
  • Working with carvery, restaurant and bar food operation.
  • Able to work on there own initiative or part of a team.
  • Proven track record in a similar role.
  • Carrying out menu implementation.

Role Requirements:

  • Can cover all sections of kitchen.
  • Will have every Sunday off and Bank Holiday Mondays.
  • Split shifts on two days a week.
  • Strong proven track record cooking to a very high standard.
  • Excellent organisational skills a must.
  • Previous experience working in a successful kitchen.
  • Excellent culinary background.
  • Strong menu management and implementation.
  • Excellent execution when presenting food.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Can work well as part of a team.
  • Salary negotiable depending on experience.
  • Minimum of two years experience in similar role.
  • Salary €28k -€30 depending on experience.
