- Overseeing front of house operations
- Responsible for 2 receptionists
- Responsible for budgets and reports
- Ensure company policy and procedure are adhered to at all times
- Ensure highest standards of service and accommodation at all times
- Liaise with Accommodation Manager
- Set up and achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Attend management meetings regularly
- Min 2 years experience in a similar role
- Qualification in Hotel or Business Management desierable
- Strong knowledge of the Irish Hotel Industry an advantage
- Proven track record managing a large team
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Creative thinker to bring new ideas
- Good computer skill and knowledge of hotel reception operations systems an advantage.
