The Role:

  • Overseeing front of house operations
  • Responsible for 2 receptionists
  • Responsible for budgets and reports
  • Ensure company policy and procedure are adhered to at all times
  • Ensure highest standards of service and accommodation at all times
  • Liaise with Accommodation Manager
  • Set up and achieve weekly and monthly targets
  • Attend management meetings regularly

The Candidate:

  • Min 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Qualification in Hotel or Business Management desierable
  • Strong knowledge of the Irish Hotel Industry an advantage
  • Proven track record managing a large team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Creative thinker to bring new ideas
  • Good computer skill and knowledge of hotel reception operations systems an advantage.

Salary €28-30K
