A great opportunity is now available to join the Human Resources team in a five star Dublin city property in the position of HR & Training Manager.The successful candidate will report to the Director of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Ensures effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results
Conducts needs assessments, designs and develops training programs and facilitates the delivery of both custom and corporate training programs
Oversees the management and non management hiring process to attract, select and retain a diverse workforce.
Focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of associates and enable business success
Experience

• Previous HR Manager experience within the Hotel Industry is essential

Education or Certification

•Leaving Cert  or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree or similar preferred
•Must be CIPD qualified.
