Accommodation Supervisor 

As Accommodation Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay by managing the housekeeping and accommodation services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee housekeeping staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring standards are met.
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are maintained.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints regarding accommodations, ensuring satisfaction.
• Train new housekeeping staff on procedures, safety protocols, and service standards.
• Manage supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain records of room status, inventory, and staff performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Keen eye for cleanliness and presentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and staff issues effectively.
• Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Previous experience in housekeeping 

Salary: €16ph
