Cataloguing Administrator/ Data Entry Clerks  

Our Client based in the Dublin 12 area is looking to recruit 10 data entry operatives to join their expanding team. This will be an ongoing temporary assignment with expected duration of 3months with a view of extension. Candidates will be required to commence employment immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Cataloguing client files in a timely and efficient manner
  • Data entry of client files on a daily basis
  • Uploading of documentation
  • Reporting on a daily basis progress reports
  • General administration when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months office based experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English is essential
  • Excellent PC is essential
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under strict time deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Two work related references

Salary: €10.20 per hour

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am-3.30pm
