Our Client is a well established award winning restaurant providing exceptional guest experiences through refined hospitality, elevated dining, and impeccable service. 

We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to support restaurant operations who is passionate about hospitality, team leadership and achieving goals.

Your responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional guest service

• Develop and maintain exceptional standards

• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Control costs and maintain target margins

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations

• Create staff schedules and manage labour costs

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance standards

• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

• Collaborate with the management leadership on promotions, events, and seasonal menus

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience 

• Strong knowledge of hospitality, spirits, wine

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software

• Excellent communication and guest service skills

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have high volume restaurant experience

• HACCP certifications
