Assistant Restaurant Manager – 5* Hotel Wicklow

Our Client is currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for the fine dining restaurant of a 5* Hotel in Wicklow. The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant Manager with all restaurant operations and effectively lead the Front of House team.

Requirements

• Experience with training and leading a team
• Candidate needs experience managing to the highest standards of guests service
• Must display effective leadership and team management / development abilities
• Reliable, committed, motivated and above all professional person required
• A positive attitude, a can do approach, friendly and outgoing personality
• Management / Supervisory experience within a fine dining restaurant required
• 5* Hotel experience an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and coordinating all Food service activities of the Restaurant.
• Lead and guide the team as required during service periods.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail
• Observe all shift and opening / closing procedures adhering to all Company guidelines

Salary Guide : €38k
