To work within a supporting capacity to the Spa and Leisure Manager to effectively manage the Spa & Salon. To ensure that the highest standards are adhered to, and that guest experiences exceed expectations of a luxury hotel property. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To oversee the smooth flow, daily spa operations and team to deliver an excellent guest, client, and member experience.

• Manage and carry out procedures, and treatments in exceptional circumstances to meet operational needs. Have current and up to date knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation, company standards and local regulations

• To achieve revenue targets, manage guest, client, and membership feedback.
• Maintain standards and also inspire and motivate the team to deliver bespoke guest service in accordance with the hotels ethos and policies.
• Identify and maximize all sales opportunities and ensuring your team are developed to do the same.
• Establish and maintain key objectives, operating criteria, programming, budgeting, staff relations, marketing, and training.
• Ensure health, safety and COSHH regulations are complied with, and club rules are observed by guests, clients, and members.
• Continued development and adherence to departmental SOPs, conducting reviews to ensure that the Spa continually provides an enhanced offering.
• Ensure guest, client, and member experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
• Maintain awareness of department security related to cash, stock and equipment and ensure all department procedures are followed

 Candidate:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business operations/administration ideally in skincare/spa brands or in a similar role
• Previous five-star hospitality and wellness experience within Ireland.
• Strong customer service background with a focus on customer experience
• Organised and methodical in ways of working
• Self-efficient and able to take ownership of workload
• Can-do attitude and always demonstrate professionalism
• Display the highest level of grooming and personal presentation.
