A vibrant and high-volume Venue in Dublin City is looking for an experienced Bar General Manager to lead operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a well-established venue with a strong local following.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar and floor operations ensuring smooth, efficient service

• Lead, train, and motivate bar and front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding customer service

• Drive sales, manage stock levels, and meet cost control targets

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance

• Develop and implement service standards, seasonal promotions, and local marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior management role within a busy bar or gastro pub

• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven team management ability

• Track record of driving sales and controlling operational costs

• Hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for quality food, drink, and hospitality

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
