We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to join a busy team in a 4* Hotel in Wexford. 

The Bar & Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing all operational, planning and organisational activities to ensure the smooth, professional and successful operation of the Restaurant and Bar.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively supervise all food and beverage service in The Restaurant and Bar
• Responsible for the preparation of the weekly roster and forecast
• Deal with complaints/queries in an attentive and courteous manner
• Responsible for stocks and ensuring agreed control procedures are maintained
• Ensure consistently high quality customer service is provided
• Manage, train and develop the The Restaurant and Bar Team in conjunction with the Director of Food and Beverage

Candidate

• We are looking for an inspirational leader with exceptional food, beverage and wine knowledge who will be able to handle an exceptionally busy hotel operation and effectively lead and motivate the team.
• A strong financial understanding is important for this role as well as natural leadership qualities and relevant experience in a four or five star property.

Salary Guide: €40-€45K
