  • Breakfast Chef must have previous experience in a fast paced hotel setting.
  • Breakfast Chef must work well as part of a kitchen team.
  • Breakfast Chef organised and great attention to detail.
  • Breakfast Chef experience in plated breakfast service.
  • Breakfast Chef must be able to manage basic breakfast service.
  • Breakfast Chef must have HAACP & hygiene awareness.
  • Breakfast Chef must have excellent product knowledge and a real passion for food.
