My Client is currently recruiting for an experienced Breakfast Manager to join a 5* Hotel in Wicklow. The Breakfast Manager will be responsible for managing morning operations of the F&B outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards at all times. 
• Responsible for daily shift operations and management of staff in F&B area.
• Maintain and monitor the service levels of the F&B outlets.
• A strong focus on training and supporting the team.
• Assists servers on the floor during peak periods.
• Strives to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Strengthen the hotel team by assisting in other areas of the operation when needed.
• Ensure that Standards of Procedure are adhered to throughout the F&B outlets.

The Candidate Requirements

• A minimum two years in a similar role.
• Have previous experience training and leading a team.
• Must be very well presented.
• Must have the ability to multitask when required.
• A proven track record in performance results within the area of guest satisfaction etc.
• Available to work early and late shifts both midweek and weekend.
• Strong communication levels both written and oral.
• We are seeking a candidate who will be a proactive, committed Team Member.
• Who will be self-motivated, flexible, able to work on their own initiative and lead a team.

Salary Guide : €35-38k
