Call Centre administrator

Dublin, Temporary

Our Client based in the Dublin 12 area is looking to recruit a call centre administrator to join their team. This is Monday-Friday, full time temporary work 40 hours weekly. Candidates will be required to commence employment immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders
  • Responding to inquiries or complaint
  • Providing alternative suggestions to products that may be out of stock or unsuitable for the customer.
  • Scanning client files in a timely and efficient manner
  • Cataloguing of files
  • General administration when required

 

Requirements

  • 1-2 years administration/reception/customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent PC is essential
  • Willingness to be a team player and an ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under strict time deadlines

 

Salary: €11.50 per hour

Location: Dublin 12
