We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join a busy, dynamic kitchen team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in Co. Waterford. This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional eager to create exceptional dishes and grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency

• Oversee your section, maintaining cleanliness, stock, and organisation

• Assist in menu planning and contribute new dish ideas

• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations

• Support and train junior kitchen staff

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen

• Collaborate closely with Head Chef and Sous Chefs

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous Chef de Partie experience in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen

• Strong culinary skills with a passion for food and presentation

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Flexible with availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays
