Grade V Clerical Officer – Dublin South

We have a fantastic clerical office grade V role based in the Dublin 18 area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate with over 5 years’ clerical/ administration experience.

Duties:

• Working within a clerical team.
• Ensure the efficient day-to-day administration of area of responsibility
• Ensure deadlines are met and that service levels are maintained.
• Ensure policies and procedures are well documented, understood and adhered to.
• Working as part of the team to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure that the archives and records are accurate, maintained confidentially and readily available to the appropriate authority.
• Updating of clerical records on the inhouse system.
• Additional ad hoc administration duties were required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of years clerical experience- HSE experience would be an advantage
• Experience using of PAS system or similar would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Third level qualification is required.
• Demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, promoting a positive team spirit.
• Demonstrate initiative in the resolution of issues arising / problem solving and proactively develop new proposals and recommend solutions.

Salary: €51,206- €61,253 DOE
