Cluster HR Manager

Our client is looking for a Cluster/Regional HR Manager. The Cluster/Regional HR Manager will lead the HR function when it comes to compliance & resourcing. The role influences employee experience and is tasked with ensuring we build & maintain a strong local and regional employer brand.

  • Be the HR lead for any HR/ER issues
  • Overseeing the recruitment and selection process across the properties 
  • Nuture a positive working environment
  • Set performance standards, coach & mentor the HR resource
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems & procedures across all properties
  • Ensure training needs are assessed and appropriate training programs are in place
  • Ensure full compliance across the properties when it comes to legislation and payroll systems
  • Conduct appraisals across all teams as per company standard
  • Bridge management & employee relations by addressing concerns, queries, grievances or other issues

Person:

  • 3rd Level qualification in HR/Business (CIPD)
  • 2-5years experience from Hospitality/catering or Retail
  • Excellent people skills
  • Leadership and strong management skills
