Cluster Revenue Manager

We are actively looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager for Dublin to ensure that all revenues are maximised across the hotels. Branded Hotel experience desired.
- Implement total revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices
- Identify new revenue opportunities
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Responsible for total revenue for the hotels including rooms, events, and groups
- Challenge and influence hotels to improve service level and operational standards
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels within the hotels, brands, management company and owners
- Embed a revenue management culture
- Delivering of training to the hotel team as required on related topics
- Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and support day to day yield operations
- Attend and host in conjunction with Hotel GM, daily, weekly, and monthly commercial meetings
- Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
- Create and maintain a 13-month rolling demand calendar
- Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel
- Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons
- Manage and oversee strategy for all third-party distribution
Candidate:

- Previous track record in working in branded hotels in Ireland
- Practical working experience in a hotel, area or a corporate role relating to distribution or revenue management
- Experience of managing a commercial team
- Good training/coaching skills
- Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively
- Experience of using Opera or similar Rooms Management System
- Channel management & distribution syetem experience
