As a Commis Chef, you will support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional food experiences, assisting in food preparation, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and learning from experienced chefs. Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.

• Ensure all dishes meet the venue’s quality and presentation standards.

• Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation in the kitchen.

• Support the kitchen team in all areas, including mise en place, stock rotation, and plating.

• Learn and develop skills in various kitchen stations to progress your culinary career.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not essential.

• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
