We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join a premium hospitality venue in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to develop their skills and progress their career within a high-end, standard driven kitchen environment.

As a Commis Chef, you will support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional food experiences, assisting in food preparation, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and learning from experienced chefs. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in a professional kitchen and gain exposure to premium hospitality operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.

• Ensure all dishes meet the venue’s quality and presentation standards.

• Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation in the kitchen.

• Support the kitchen team in all areas, including mise en place, stock rotation, and plating.

• Learn and develop skills in various kitchen stations to progress your culinary career.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not essential.

• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
