Data Entry Administrator  

Our Client based in the Dublin 12 area is looking to recruit a data entry administrator to join their expanding team. This will be initially a 6 month assignment with a view to extension. Candidates will be required to commence employment immediately. This position requires candidates to work day shifts.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am / 9am start

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning client files in a timely and efficient manner
  • Cataloguing of files to the in house system
  • Uploading of documentation
  • Reporting on a daily basis progress reports
  • General administration when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months office based experience
  • Volume scanning experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent PC is essential
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under strict time deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Two work related references

Salary: €10.50 per hour then increases to €11.00 per hour after 3 weeks
