My client is looking for a Deputy General Manager to join a successful management structure in a 4* Hotel.

The role requires a hands on person with a strong hospitality management and financial background. 

The successful candidate will need the following requirements:

The Role Requirements:

• Lead and manage the team for day-to-day operations.
• Develop strategic reports alongside the General Manager.
• Have a strong background in Food and Beverage.
• Ensure financial outlooks for Rooms, Food and Beverage, Admin are on target and accurate.
• Organize interdepartmental meetings with HODs.
• Knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of management.
• Budget and target implementation.
• Plan prepare and review financial reports for weekly and quarterly meetings.
• Track record of excelling in similar roles. 

The Candidate Requirements:

• Strong background in Food and Beverage.
• Ability to lead a large team.
• Demonstrate business acumen and integrity.
• Leadership skills.
• Maintain effective professional relationships with all team members.
• Have a passion for the industry. 

Salary Guide: €55-65K
